Location:BeijingJOB RESPONSIBILITY:1. Provide assistant service to GM and HRD.2. Collect & maintain the sales data for managementpurpose. 3.Schedule and organize activitiessuch as meetings, travel, conferences and business activities related to important issues/projects.4.Work independently or withina team on special projects appointed by GM and HRD.5.Monitor tasks and assists incontrolling project progress as appointed by GM and HRD.6.Other tasks required by GM and HRD.COREPURPOSE OF THE ROLE:1. Reportingto the GM & HRD, you will provide assistant support to the GM and HRD.ESSENTIAL MERITS, SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE:1. Honest and strong self-discipline 2. At least 3 years’ working experience in customerservice, office and sales support or other management supporting position.3. Familiarity with database technology and MS Officeapplications required.4. Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communicationskills in both Mandarin and English. 5. Strong problem solving andanalytical skills6. Excellent documentationskills7. Excellent interpersonal,communication and organizational skills8. Team player who can workeffectively under pressure9. Attention to details, and highlyresponsible and enthusiastic10. Experience within equipment international tradeand/or high level assistant is a plus.
